When paying, you choose FestivePay as the payment method. You enter your card number and security code, and the amount is immediately debited from your credit.
You can easily check your current balance via the balance checker on our partners' websites. Enter your card number and security code, and you will immediately see your available credit.
Unfortunately, you cannot use multiple FestivePay codes in one order. This does depend on the settings per affiliated location or webshop.
You have the option to add gift card credit to your FestivePay account. In most cases, this credit is valid for a maximum of 2 years after purchase, unless stated otherwise. Your topped up regular credit is valid indefinitely, just like on your bank account.
You pay completely anonymously up to €50. If you want to pay a higher amount via a gift card, you can choose to make a partial payment with FestivePay or choose to identify yourself voluntarily.
No, FestivePay gift card credit cannot be exchanged for cash. It is intended to be spent at affiliated partners. Topped up regular credit can be withdrawn as cash and transferred to bank accounts elsewhere at any time.
